Autistic Pride Day.

Autistic pride

Autistic Pride Day belongs to the autistic community and falls on 18 June. Since 2023 I have built the global campaign around it: a free toolkit made by autistic people, resources and a program of panels, under the themes Everyday Autistic, Taking Off the Mask, Unapologetically Autistic and, in 2026, Autism is Trending. The campaign now reaches 22 countries and more than 900 people use the toolkit. It is run by Aurum Foundation and designed by Just Gold.

Think Social Cohesion National Summit.

Social cohesion

Held on 28 July 2026 at Business Western Sydney in Parramatta, convened by SydWest Multicultural Services, SSI and the Settlement Council of Australia, with SBS as media partner. I designed the Summit and ran its live synthesis, so that what was said in the room became a Roadmap that can be tracked rather than a report that is filed.

A national publication on LGBTQ+ business, workplaces and professional life, launching with the research report The State of LGBTQ+ Business in Australia. It is an initiative of Just Gold, with Aurum Foundation as research review partner.

Think is the platform behind most of my public conversations: facilitated dialogue that puts people with expertise and people with lived experience in the same room, in front of a live audience, and publishes it in full. I produce and fund it through Just Gold's impact program. It includes Think Talks and Think 3000, a program of short talks at RMIT on the city, work, technology and society.

I chair Aurum Foundation, the Australian charity that runs Autistic Pride Day and carries the research, learning and intersectional analysis behind much of this work.

Social enterprise

The social enterprise I founded in 2018: autistic and LGBTQ+ owned and led, certified by Social Traders, working with government and business on strategy, communications and creative work, and putting more than half its profit back into public impact initiatives.
